Enter the lawyer's budget at rack rates, excluding sales tax. Add as many phases as you need; leave unused rows blank. The "% paid ongoing" row is the CFA / discount each party has agreed to.

2 · Tax on budget items

VAT / GST on lawyer and disbursement invoices that the funder must pay.

3 · Outcome ranges

The range of plausible settlement / trial payouts and durations. The calculator produces a 20 × 6 grid of scenarios across these ranges.
